Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions green onions sliced, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to create the marinade. Add the chicken pieces and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and caramelized.
  3. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
