Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled, optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and mix until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce mixture. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and the blue cheese, if using.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dippers like celery sticks, carrot sticks, or tortilla chips.
