Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped, for serving

Method
 

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  3. Once the dip is heated through, sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, or your favorite chips.

Notes

• For a spicier dip, increase the amount of buffalo sauce or add hot sauce
