  • Desired toppings Pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.

Equipment

  • Baking sheet

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a 10-inch circle. Ensure it's an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  4. Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the crust is cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven, spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top, and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Add your desired toppings.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Chef's Tips:
• For a crispier crust, consider broiling for the last 1-2 minutes, but watch closely to prevent burning.
• Avoid overmixing the chicken mixture to prevent a tough crust.
• Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
Food Safety:
• Ensure the chicken crust reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to ensure it's fully cooked.
• Refrigerate any leftovers promptly and consume within 3 days.
