Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a 10-inch circle. Make sure it's even and about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges start to brown and the crust is cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the sliced bell peppers, red onion, and mushrooms.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.

• Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
Food Safety:
