Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables 12 oz
  • 8 oz cooked pasta such as penne or rotini
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cooked pasta to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top of the casserole. Then, evenly distribute the crushed potato chips as a topping.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
